Our Impact
Individuals of all abilities benefit from UpReach programming. Participants range in age from as young as 3 years of age to those who are into their 90’s. For over 28 years, UpReach Therapeutic Equestrian Center continues to serve 132 communities in New Hampshire delivering excellence in programming with the very best staff, horses and volunteers. Today, we have 14 horses, eight staff members, 10 Board of Directors Members, serve over 250 program participants annually and have 411 unduplicated volunteers who donated more than 13,400 hours annually of their time to support our programs, along with care for our horses.

Years Serving communities
UpReach was founded in 1992 by Edith "Edie" Loeb-Tomasko as UpReach Therapeutic Riding Center, Inc. The property, once known as Brindle Ledge Farm, belonged to Nackey S. Loeb and her daughter, Edie who owned, bred, and trained thoroughbreds. Therapeutic riding lessons began with 2 participants, a few volunteers, and one borrowed horse.
